not a thing going on

the only thing i have done since wed. is make a trip to rite aid to try and get the lysol hand automatic sanitizer. They were still out of stock, but i did get a rain check for 2. Hope things are going better for your savings.

My days are busy

Here is what I do when I am snowed in. Sweep the porch and sidewalk and take pictures of the animals.

The greatest part is we are warm have plenty of food, and still have electric. We were without electric last winter due to ice for 4 days. I lost everything in the freezer.

P&G rebates

Protor and Gamble have 2 rebate one is rite aid $35.00 gift card for a $100.00 of p&g items bought. rite aid .com

The second one is for $50.00 in p&g purchases you get $100.00 worth coupons.

Now I have already told you i bought $168.00 worth of cover girl that is a p&g item. For $22.13 I was able to do both rebates. That is a $144.00 to the good for me.

Yesterday I was able to get to rite aid. I did the cover girl deal. I did seven deals. The most out of pocket was $5.63 and the least was $.24. All together I spent $22.13 and got $168.38 in cover girl products. There were 28 different item. That makes each item cost $.72.
I know that if I can do this anyone. I am putting a link to all the blogs that I read each and every day. if you take a little time you can do any of the deals that they tell you about.

Its been ages since my last post. In the past year I have learned so much about couponing. My sister in-law says I need treatment for my couponing addition. May so but my cabinets are stocked I have been able to help other people in my family.
Our daugther was married in Sept. my sister, daugther in-law and myself were able to see that she had enough food and cleaning supplies to last for a month. That was a gift to her. Our daugther has taken to couponing like a duck to water. Someone asked her why she has so much food in her cabinets she told them if she loses her job tomorrow she will have food to eat for at least a month.
I ask everyone to use coupons and most of time they're answer is it will take to long I don't have enough time. Then there are those who think we are stealing from the stores. We all know that we aren't. The only thing a couponer's does is try to feed they're family and have enough money left over to pay all the other bills.
So today I will try to start blogging again about couponing and rebates.
