Lord am I mad. I had told my daugther in-law that the K-mart in Winchester was doubling coupons. She stopped on her way back to Lexington. Well to say the least they were NOT doubling coupons and never had. I WOULD LIKE TO THANK THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE AT THE Winchester K-mart and told me they were going to double coupons from 6/7/09 threw 6/13/09
